By developing and refining key messaging, managing community engagement, and optimizing content strategies, you will help strengthen our presence in the legal tech and AI space. 

YOUR TEAM

The Marketing & Product team consists of four professionals who collaborate closely to shape the company’s brand, communication, and product strategy. Working in a dynamic and creative environment, the team focuses on developing compelling messaging, enhancing user experience, and strengthening the company’s presence in the legal tech and AI space. 

YOUR HIRING MANAGER

Rafael leads the Brand Marketing efforts, bringing a strategic and creative approach to building the company’s presence. With a strong background in marketing and branding, he focuses on crafting compelling narratives, engaging the community, and ensuring a consistent brand identity across all channels.

Your responsibilities

Engage with the community across social media platforms by responding to comments, messages, and fostering discussions to increase engagement

Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, ensuring relevant and meaningful interactions with law firms, legal departments, and tech enthusiasts

Create compelling blog articles in German & English on topics related to tech, AI, and startups, ensuring high-quality and structured writing

Develop and refine key messaging to establish a consistent and engaging brand voice across all content

Proofread and optimize content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the company’s tone of voice

Manage crisis communication, responding professionally to sensitive topics or negative feedback to protect and maintain the company’s reputation 

About you

Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in copywriting, social media management, or community management

Writing Skills: Strong ability to create structured, engaging, and high-quality content for different channels

Languages: Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related fieldTech Enthusiasm: Interest in technology, AI, and startups is a plus

Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong time management, transparency, flexibility, and empathy

Mindset: Open to learning, easy-going, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

About us

The AI startup Xayn develops Noxtua, Europe’s first sovereign Legal AI. Noxtua helps lawyers analyze and draft legal documents and research legal questions while being legally competent and compliant. Hosted in the EU, Noxtua meets high standards of confidentiality in handling client data, professional secrecy (e.g. Section 203 German Criminal Code, Section 43e German Federal Code for Lawyers), and European data protection. Noxtua is powered by specialized proprietary AI models. The models are trained with high-quality legal data provided by the Legal AI Alliance which the tech startup Xayn initiated with the international business law firm CMS. This makes Noxtua the secure, independent, and specialized European Legal AI.
The Berlin-based AI company Xayn was born out of research at Oxford University and Imperial College London by Dr Leif-Nissen Lundbæk and Professor Michael Huth. Founded in 2017, Xayn’s academic vision remains, with a workforce comprised of approx. 30% PhDs. The startup has received investment funding of 19.5 million EURO from Global Brain Corporation, KDDI Open Innovation Fund, Earlybird, and Dominik Schiener.
